Julia and Mike volunteered to go down to the Bonus Pastor school in Downham and set-up a couple of solarscopes and Julia’s ETX. Some of the students are working on Astronomy GCSEs in the Royal Observatory’s class. At Downham they saw the entire eclipse from soup to nuts! Just a couple of miles south of Greenwich where we were clouded out until just before 10 am.

The GCSE students were very enthusiastic about the eclipse. Lots of measurements and pictures were taken |
